Zesty Pita Cheese Dip

Ingredients:

3 lb Mexican Velveeta, cubed
1 8 oz pkg cream cheese, cubed
1 small can green chilies
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 lb hamburger, browned and drained
1/2 lb chorizo, finely chopped, browned and drained
1 small can chopped tomatoes with juice
1 small onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 handful cilantro, chopped
1 cup garlic pita chips, crushed

Directions:

In a crock-pot, melt cheeses and add chilies. Meanwhile brown hamburger and chorizo and add to melted cheese. Add rest of ingredients to cheese and meat mixture, except chips. Add chips about 1/2 hour before serving. Serve with crackers, veggies or chips.
