Mini Reuben Sandwiches

Ingredients:

6 packages (3 oz. size) corned beef, chopped
24 ounces Swiss cheese (diced)
2 cups Sauerkraut, drained
1 bottle (16 oz. size) Thousand Island dressing
1 loaf cocktail rye bread, sliced

Directions:

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except bread.  Place in slow cooker and cook 60-90 minutes, or until cheese is melted.  Stir to combine.  Spread on cocktail rye and serve.
