Italian Sausage Soup

Ingredients:

1 lb ground chuck, brown and drain
1 lb ground Italian sausage, brown and drain
1 small head chopped cabbage
6 stalks chopped celery
3 (14 ounce) cans diced tomatoes w/chilies
1 (32 ounce) box of beef broth
1 (14 ounce) can beef consomme
1 (14 ounce) can of water
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp garlic juice
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp The Chefs Miracle Blend, or McCormick’s Montreal steak seasoning
1 tsp garlic salt
4 Tbsp sugar
1 can drained mushrooms, optional

Directions:

Place all ingredients together in a crock pot or large soup pot. Stir well and simmer for 1 to 2 hours on low, or if in crock pot cook on low for 6 hours or more.
