Chicken Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

4 to 6 large chicken breasts, boneless, skinned
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup of water
4 Tablespoons of Butter
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tsp. Pepper
1/2 cup diced celery
1 to 1 1/2 cups Minute Rice

Directions:

In slow cooker, combine 3 cans of soup, the water, the rice and stir in the butter and the salt and pepper.  Place the chicken on top of the mixture, and then add the diced celery.  Cook for 3 hours on high or about 6 to 7 hours on low.

Serves:

4 - 6

Please let me know if you have tried this recipe.  We love chicken and rice anything but I’d like to have some feedback before I try it for the road.
