Local businesses have donated hundreds door prizes and silent auction items ranging from toys to trucking essentials. In addition to lots of chrome and stacks, there will be entertainment for the whole family with music by D. J. Gary Swanson, food, door prizes, a 50/50 drawing, and the chance to have a photo taken sitting on a “big rig.” Admission to the show is free to the public. Hocking said, “Last year we raised over $2,800.00. This year we’re hoping for good weather and 75-100 trucks. It’ll be a great show for a great cause. We’ll see you there.” The American Cancer Society is dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem by saving lives, diminishing suffering and preventing cancer through research, education, advocacy and service.
