Driver Requirements

Experienced drivers must have 6 months of experience
Minimum age: 23
DUI Accepted: Yes, if not within last 5 years
Felony Accepted: NO
Maximum moving violations: No more than 2 in the last 3 years
Maximum accidents: No more than 2 in the last 3 years
HazMat Endorsement: Yes, if no HazMat endorsement, can sign contingency agreement
Student program available for drivers with less than 6 months experience or recent driving school graduates

Pay Information

- Student drivers earn $400/week while training (only hire students in certain areas).
- After training period, students earn 31cpm.
- Drivers with six months to two years experience start out at 33cpm, with the exception of IL, OH, IN, WI. After 12 months of service the pay increases to 37cpm.
- Drivers from the states of IL, OH, IN, WI with six months to two years experience start out at 37cpm.
- Drivers with more than two years experience start out at 37cpm for all states with the exception of IL, OH, IN, WI.Top out pay is 41.5cpm and can be reached in 36 months.
- Drivers from the states of IL, OH, IN, WI with two years experience start out at 41.5cpm.
- Driver trainer pay is $1,150 per week-GUARANTEED.
